Founded in 1886 as a higher education institution, the University of Deusto (DEUSTO) has an educational goal firmly grounded in academic excellence and social responsibility, aiming at generating economic sustainable growth and making positive contributions towards the construction of fairer and more inclusive and humane societies.
DUESTO’s role in the project consists of threefold. On the one hand, DEUSTO will develop a set of industrial models to track all energy and material flows including process emissions. On the other hand, DEUSTO will coordinate the testing of the solutions developed in the project in the Greater Euskalherria Use case. Finally, DEUSTO will carry out the ethical assessment of the results.
