SINTEF Energy Research, an institute in the SINTEF Group performs research within the wider energy field covering thermal, gas and electric power technologies and systems as well as integrated energy systems. Six national research centres are led by SINTEF Energy Research: CINELDI, HYDROGENi, NorthWind, NCCS, HighEff and LowEmission.
SINTEF’s main contribution is a set of modules describing a wide range of system components incorporating the important operational characteristics. Furthermore, SINTEF will provide a framework that will enable analyses of operational conditions for systems described by the rigorous component models.
