Project Overview

iDesignRES is at the forefront of Europe's energy transition, bringing together 22 European partners from 11 countries to develop innovative and open-source energy modelling tools.es. Led by NTNU, our project unites experts in energy system and multi-physics component modelling, visualisation, data, networks operators and public authorities, aiming to guide European energy planning strategies. We integrate cutting-edge research with real-life applications, ensuring our models and tools are robust, accessible, and tailored to the needs of public authorities, network operators, and industries.
